We went and did a design consultation with Chris. This was a great opportunity to explore new ideas with a knowledgeable expert. The process was easy and we left having a clear idea of the design of our front yard. Pricing on offer was great also.In leading up to my delivery my husband was able to put in a phone call to chat to Chris and the team who were more than happy to answer all our questions. The delivery worked to our schedule and we had Chris come out to help with plant layout. It was amazing to see him work and bring our vision to life. Appreciated all his time and effort. We opted for a variety of cottage plants and some trees. All were great quality and very happy with the outcome overall.

We chose to do the garden design with Chris. He is very knowledgeable and down to earth. He listened to what we were looking for and provided great bones for our large backyard. He delivered the plants personally (all120 of them) and placed plants out for us. Plants were of good size and great condition. Definitely value for money. A wide variety of plants and they can order in if need be. They offer free shipping which is absolutely awesome when it comes to the bigger plants or alot of them if you are organising the landscaping at your house. All the plants were very healthy and ready for planting.The nice bloke I was talking too had a wide knowledge of everything to do with soil types and different plants match up with different soils.Would definitely recommend.

Bought online and get delivered home which is very convenient. My fruit trees are in good shape, with 3 branches and spouts, as I expected. After planting them to ground, all grows very well, with many leaves after 1 months. Looking forward to get some fruits next year. Love the store.

Update: The plants have been replaced with much better quality plants.Order 196099 - see the pictures below of the Blueberry Ash that they sent me. These were clearly not staked during their growth and they had the temerity to send these to paying customers. I emailed them with the photos and a request for a replacement / refund, but received no response. Avoid buying from this company.

Unfortunately did not see reviews before ordering online. Plant arrived with a disease or infection covering the majority of leaves along with eaten big holes. I emailed straight away politely and provide numerous photos of the plants condition. Was advised I could return the plant for a replacement. I had already advised I lived 1.5hrs away but agreed to do so as the plant was over $60 and I had wanted it for a long time. I also advised the staff that as a courtesy I had trimmed the infected leaves and applied neem oil to the others so that they may be able to resell it if its condition recovered. It was at this point I received a reply to advise I could not return the item as I had done this and upon stating that instead or retuning the item in its “original condition” (more likely worse had I not attended to it) I was in fact returning it in an improved condition. Regardless of this I was advised “that’s the store policy”. One would expect that common sense would prevail and the business would be grateful for the unrequired efforts and a refund/replacement provided.
