Banana Goldfinger
Goldfinger is a cross between Cavendish and Ladyfinger. This type has more flavour and texture than other varieties. It is great for fruit salads as it doesn’t turn brown when cut! A typical bunch weight for the fruit is 25-40kg. The leaves are large green and shiny.
