Festuca Glauca “Blue Festuca”

Blue Fescue is a low-growing, semi-evergreen, clump-forming ornamental grass noted for fine textured, silver-blue colouring.

Foliage forms a dome-shaped, porcupine-like tuft with needle-like blades radiating upward and outward. Elijah Blue is one of the best of the blue fescues.
