A very interesting and beautiful citrus, Buddha’s Hand is native to India. It’s fruit literally do look like the hands of Buddha, and so are more decorative than culinary. However, this unique citrus has a beautiful aroma and is good for zesting, infusing and making lemon salt. It can also be thinly sliced in salad.

Buddha’s Hand enjoys a warm spot, and will grow up to 2.5 meters tall. The fruit will appear from July to October. Another interesting feature are the oversize leaves, which are roughly hand size.
