Golden Delicious apples are yellow and very sweet. The fruit features a fairly thin skin that makes it easy to eat. Golden Delicious apple trees have white blooms and dark green foliage. They polinate many other apple varieties, so are a good apple tree to include in your collection.
Remember that apple trees need to be planted near other apple trees so that they can polinate eachother and produce fruit. Ideal companions for Golden Delicious apple trees are Fuji, Red Delicious and Pink Lady. This is because they all flower at a similar time.
