Elephant Ears is actually inedible if ingested raw because of needle-shaped raphides in the plant cells! It’s leaves are usually very large, arrowhead shaped, dark green and velvety. This plant adds a bold, tropical look to any garden. This plant can be grown indoor but flowering if rare. When in light shade but still strong light, it can grow massive.
