Curly Parsley is native to the Central Mediterranean region where it grows as a biennial herb. In tropical and subtropical regions it grows as an annual. Parsley prefers moist well drained soil, in full sun. It is used world wide mainly as a garnish due to its decorative crinkly leaves. It can garnish a wide range of dishes from potatoes, soup and rice to salads stews and fish. This herb is probably the most widely used of them all. A must for everyone’s garden! It can be used fresh or dried.
