Seafoam is a semi-weeping floribunda rose with pale pink to white clusters. It is popular as a weeping standard or climber and the flower attains a tinge of pink in cooler climates.

This product is Economy Grade/ Imperfect stock, which means it’s a bit scrappy, but with some tender loving care, it can be returned to its former glory. Not recommend for a novice gardener. Economy items cannot be returned or exchanged.
