Parsley ‘Italian Fine-Leaf’


Italian parsley most resembles the wild variety, and is often preferred by kitchen gardeners for its extra tolerance to sun and rain. It is also said to have a stronger flavour. This herb is very easily grown, but prefers moist, well drained soil in a full sun position. It has a wide range of kitchen uses in both cooking and garnishing dishes. This variety can also be used fresh or dried.
