Casuarina ‘Cousin It’
$16.99 – $499.99
Casuarina glauca
Cousin It is so named because of its full, cascading growing habit, resembling “Cousin It” from the old television show, “The Adam’s Family!”. It is an extremely tough Australian Native groundcover which grows over anything in its way, and looks especially interesting planted over uneven areas, giving it a different look to anything else you ever could plant. It is drought hardy and can also tolerate light frost and semi-damp areas and is happy in full sun through to part shade.
It will only grow to 30cm but has a spread of approx. 1.5m and is useful for weed suppression. “Cousin It” would also look fabulous, planted in retaining walls, in pots and over rocks. An unusual and intriguing plant.
