Tall hedging plants are suitable to be kept trimmed to a formal, structured and neat shape at a height of over 3 metres. This would suit blocking out multi-storey buildings or for large properties and acreages. For something that doesn’t need a formal shape, you can also try a screening tree, or a tall & narrow screen.
